Staff are courteous and don't miss their shuttle to-and-from the airport. Thanks very much, I really enjoyed my really great stay and would absolutely stay here again...

room is very spacious and quiet. location is a bit far from the centre, it has a tram stop very close by that drops you off in the centre of Prague in 10 minutes with a high frequency (even at night). breakfast is not bad, room and common areas are clean. bathroom is also spacious and has all the necessary "toiletries". Good.
The shower: incomprehensible in a hotel with an international clientele of its category. You don't have the option to shower standing up. The only support for the shower "artichoke" is one meter high and there is no screen or curtain to avoid soaking the whole bathroom if you decide to hold the tap all the time with your hand. Either you take a shower sitting down or you take a bath... it seems a minor detail, but it is really uncomfortable (and it would be very easy to solve). The rest is fine, but it's no big deal.

Clear! It's a nice bed! Great breakfast.
It's the tram noise. Very bad noise insulation.

Spacious room, friendly reception staff. The breakfast offered a good variety to start the day right, and it's conveniently located just a short tram ride from the city center.
Absolutely perfect.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. There was a tram stop right outside the hotel with a direct line to the city center.
There was not alot of parking available, and the breakfast wasn't up to much.

Wonderful stay with a great breakfast!
The room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast featured delicious daily options like fresh pastries and organic juices. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the tram. The shower lacked a curtain, which could be improved.

Unexpectedly luxurious, large, tastefully furnished room.
No parking space although I reserved it beforehand, less then helpful staff, tasteless breakfast in a grim basement room.

The brekfast, the quality of the room, the kindness of the staff and the position: quite but very close to the transport and to the center.
